Dear Me

Uuuuuhhhhhhhh…. My neck.. it sprained.. :’(
This morning I just woke up, and feels fine. Then I get off from the bed and start to take a bath with both of my eyes closed. It’s kinda reflex for doin such thing. And I enter d’bathroom, and started to wash my self. 30 second after d’water touched my body, my neck got sprained. (Maybe I need to really "wake-up" before I take a bath, phew)
And it still really hurt till now. It may need 2 weeks for this pain get well. From my experience, this wound may stick for quite long..
Just hope it will over soon.. I can’t barely move my head..

Yesterday was a bowling competition. Well, we were invited on the game, so it’s free ha ha ha… Yeah, it is a yearly competition between Banking Clients of LA. So there I was, playing the game. The night have been so long, since we played 3 games each.. Well, I am not good at it, but I think I need to do sports a lot.. So, I wanna come.

Last year, I managed to reach 4 strikes at a row and lot’s of spares. So I get a souvenir from that game.. (hehe, the other main reason to come in this game is the prizes.. ^^). Yesterday, I didn’t play really well, probably I haven’t play bowling for so long. But, it turned out quite well. Not in the bad shape nor in good shape, just a pretty nice one..

Balls, there is no Ball number 11 that fit my fingers, so I have to use a smaller hole, and it hurts. Then as ussual, I use Ball number 13, like ussualy (the one that got holes fits on my fingers..). My fingers were hurts, but it was all worthed. Besides the free game, we have free drinks and free foods too of course, he he, I save money for dinner then.. :p

Back from Bandung guy’s and girls.. and yes, you know what it means… Shopping! I’ve done lot’s of shopping there, shirts and jeans of course. Trying to find the cheapest one. Well, it is really releaving if I found a nice shirts/jeans with a cheap price.. hi hi.. well, not that cheap tough, but at least i found a nice model..

Bandung supposed to be a work thing, I have to setup a damaged server in there, setting all over from scratch (well, i did it some in Jakarta though, saving time). But that was just an ordinary job for me, that’s why my main intention is to SHOP! I got what I want and I’m happy with it. It’s not that fit in me, at least the cargo one is really nice, but it is worth with the cheap price.

Getting tired buying expensive one, since I could only buy a little, now I want to buy cheap one so I have something to wear just for a walk, relaxing and more combination…

But, that’s not all. I’ve seen a great view there, something that u can’t find in here, Jakarta..

I’m tired,… I need holiday… I need to lay down for a while.. I need to relax.. I need to be with my family right now.. I need to take a rest..

What a life, it’s not that hard, but it is not easy.. It is easy, but it is really something hard to do.. This is life, nothing’s perfect.. but nothing is bad either..

I need to go home for a while perhaps..

[I'll try to split my ordinary life and fully work life in the future]

Okay, good news. My memo’s are all finished, gone! Right now I’ll try to finish my server reports as soon as possible, then I wanna make some lab program. I hope I can finish this all as fast as I can, since this program that I wanna make is really interesting. The interesting part is not the program, but that is the environment that I’m building in.

This true alive large production enviroment, the place I work in, is really something out to try my program. And the good thing is, this is an alive Laboratorium, and it is FREE. I could work so many cases in here till my program are perfect. Then I will try to sell my programs out. A nice plan, since I’m getting so DUMB by working in here. Damn, I couldn’t even find a place to use 100% of my brain, just 30% of it needed. So, how can I could be like another people who are gaining more information, more knowledge and let them raise their brain 300% each year. Well, I’m gotta be an active person my self, so I wont loose with someone else who is luckier. Maybe you are luckier than me, coz you learn new stuff everyday.

End of my work life #1

My Diet works..

Okay, my dear friend who said that I’m not that fat as the last time we met. Nice then. My last 1 weeks diet tipe does works fine. It’s seems that this diet tipe is hard, but at least it is works.

Last week, I don’t eat rice, I just drink guava juice or a bread for breakfast and lunch, and another juice for the night. Then I get a little exercise only in the morning and at night. At least I gain up more metabolism speed just before I slept, so my metabolisme a runs little bit more higher for a few minutes. Well, at least that what I tought.

In a week managed to reduce 1kg permanently. It is just that bad. I was able to reduce 1kg permanently just within 2 hours, a large capacity exercise, something that not everybody able to do. I’m planning on doin it again next time if this diet mode doesn’t work well. Hey, I wanna try diet too, since I’m just sitting and typing on my office. Can’t find a nice time to do an exercise. I can’t find a time. So, just trying to find a way to reduce weight. If this works, that’s mean, I can even reduce more weight by doing my extra hard exercise, plus diet. I may run out of calories, but I’ll supplement my self with guava juice and a lot of drink, and I hope some fat will be burned out from my body. Just need to reduce some fat from my stomach, since my other part are just perfect.

That’s what I could share today, gotta work to do.

The number is raising!!!

I looked on my personal weight scale, and I looked my weight increased! Oh damn, I eat only once a day, drink more water and look what I got, an increased in weight. Today, I gain 1kg more weight than yesterday. What did I ate today? Hmmm.. Let see, Opor Telor, 1 small piece of bread, many drink and noodle. It’s really a small portion to me, but I gain more weight? How could that be?

My friends telling me that eating no rice for 3 month will decrease just a little of weight only. And from what I did, eat once a day and juice 2 times a day will take no effect. So, what shall I do then? Hmm… I think I have to do my other friend advice. Do not eat and run regulary. That’s kinda hard to do, but worth of try. I’ll maybe just goin to drink milk or cereal, then have a lot of exercise. Hope my fiber drink will be enough for this kinda diet mode..

Or maybe my weight increased because my diet instructor is out of town today, so nobody pays attention my menu. Hiks.. My Instructor? Who’s that? Well, Agnes Monica of course.. Ha ha, kidding, it’s just my imagination so I could diet properly. But hey, its gives me nothing. I ate really bad and I gain weight. So, the conclusion is, diet has no effect. Well, maybe if I ate vegetables only. But, that’s not gonna happened. Jakarta, hard to find all time vegetarian food, with no rice and a full stomach.

Well, this is me, my ordinary life. I could also do some mistakes. Hmmm.. what did I wrote that time? Hmmm… Hmmm…

I guess I wanna ask you guys about how to RELAX in my room, since I couldn’t get relax lately. I didn’t sleep well, i didn’t even assume that my life is good anymore.. Well, I did read some novel, play some games, hearing music till I falled asleep.. But.. I don’t feel my life is relaxing enough…

Have any ideas? Guys? Boys? Girls? Kids? Gimme some comment, e-mail will do..

I’m sick.. My head is turning arround.. There such a hammer that smashing my head.. I could rather put this head a while and take a nap.. Then I put my head on again.. But can’t do such thing, because I’m a human..

Oh my dear Air, I’m sorry I couldn’t smell the breeze from you.. I couldn’t breath the goods from you.. My Air of my life.. I could live with you arround me.. But I couldn’t even feel that you are there.. I know you are there, always, beside me.. But I couldn’t feel you.. Where are you?

Oh my dear nose, please heal soon. I wanna breath the cool air in the earth.. Nice and warm air in this earthly world.. Please, would you understand..

As I wait you to begone, I drank my only medicine to wash you away.. My friendly Decolgen always helps me.. And then I touch the orangly sweet medicine from my lovely sisters.. Oh vitamin C, I should eat you right now.. I’m sorry that you couldn’t be longer in this world.. Coz you have to merge with me, always.. (But you could become alive you know.. )

Dunno, I’ve done everything to get cured.. As I wait my self to become better, I wrote this lawzy blogs, so you could feel how much pain that I feel, and how crazy my head is right now he he.. Ya sudah ahhh… pusing… aku mau nyolong obat dulu yah.. Hmmm.. siapa yah yg kira2 bawa Decolgen lagi… Hmmm… aha.. bentar aku bongkar2 laci aku dulu…
