Colour of our life
Life is not going to be fun, if our life is just happy and always full of luck. Life is even more colourful if we encounter a problem, and maybe trouble. By solving the trouble, we might feel chalenge, spirit and shock that brings us difference.
Me (4dh1ty4 Rei him self) this week has already set 2 kind of problem, a big one, and of course at my office. Seems that people are always try to blame another division and people always try to make them self looks good. I was try to avoid them to blame at other, and avoid them to be look good by my own work.
The first problem is I was being blamed because I try to help people out. Administrators should be responsible for their Server, as what is Administrator is what about. But after I give them advice how to fix the problem, like a first step to fix a problem. My Division actualy allready handle it as fast as we can. And their Administrator allready knew about it. And he became silent by being the only one who know the problem. Which is blame IT Division by fixing the Server without let their Division know about their server. Well, why don’t just their Administrator tell his own Division then, so they didn’t blame me by helping fixing their problem. As I assume, all division allready know about the problem. And the end is, they thank us for the information and feel shame for their self by knowing that was their own mistakes. And I feel happy about it.
Second one is the design for login board for all user. My design should be appear in every PC in my office plus branch office all over

. My design is allready very nice, and my Directure allready said “bravo” for my design, which is very pleased me to hear that. But another division seems don’t like that it’s not being a standard design. And try to blame me. Of course, at this one I can’t step aside, I have to follow their rules, (after being a quarell between high bosses) since they have law behind them. But my winning again, my Division give me rights to change the design to be 100% unformal. So, I will even able to make very nice design for this login board. Why they give me right? Because they agree with me, my Division should have our own design, our own logo, our own way to express our division. So, it looks like I will win again.
Even I make a big problem in my Division, but it always end-up happily for me, since my intention since beginning is purely to improve my office, no matter what. Maybe you should learn not to be scared to do the right thing.
