My Diet works..

Okay, my dear friend who said that I’m not that fat as the last time we met. Nice then. My last 1 weeks diet tipe does works fine. It’s seems that this diet tipe is hard, but at least it is works.

Last week, I don’t eat rice, I just drink guava juice or a bread for breakfast and lunch, and another juice for the night. Then I get a little exercise only in the morning and at night. At least I gain up more metabolism speed just before I slept, so my metabolisme a runs little bit more higher for a few minutes. Well, at least that what I tought.

In a week managed to reduce 1kg permanently. It is just that bad. I was able to reduce 1kg permanently just within 2 hours, a large capacity exercise, something that not everybody able to do. I’m planning on doin it again next time if this diet mode doesn’t work well. Hey, I wanna try diet too, since I’m just sitting and typing on my office. Can’t find a nice time to do an exercise. I can’t find a time. So, just trying to find a way to reduce weight. If this works, that’s mean, I can even reduce more weight by doing my extra hard exercise, plus diet. I may run out of calories, but I’ll supplement my self with guava juice and a lot of drink, and I hope some fat will be burned out from my body. Just need to reduce some fat from my stomach, since my other part are just perfect.

That’s what I could share today, gotta work to do.

    hi stop tryin’ to do diet…
    it’s not always good, okay, maybe in short time, still fine, but u can’t imagine wht happend to you the years after.
    ur just perfect as a person, nothing’s less from u. so, tryin’ to do a normal life. eat regularly three times a day!, healthy food. stay away from fast food, soft drink, sumthing like that! kay… :)
